POSITION: Inside Sales, Customer Service
COMPENSATION:
Base salary of $30,000 plus monthly commissions after the first 30 days. Potential: 35-40k.
LOCATION:
Steeles Avenue W. in Concord, ON
DUTIES:
This is an inside sales/customer service role for a national trade association with no cold calling. You will be responsible to maintain and stabilize an existing client base of 350 plus clients throughout Toronto. A typical day includes extensive phone calls both incoming and outgoing with clients facilitating buys and sells of products and services both on a local and national level. Detailed administrative submissions of various client promotions which consist of print, email and website related.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess exceptional telephone communication skills while maintaining a professional level of customer service. Have 2-3 years of sales experience and be willing and able to make collection calls as well as following up with directions given. Be skilled with Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook), be detail orientated, outgoing, organized, friendly and be able to work both independently and as a team player while also exercising an above average level of creative mindset. Candidate must also have dependable automobile and be able to travel to Rochester, New York for three days of training.
