Operation Management Trainees
Cargill Meat Solutions is currently accepting applications for Operation Management Trainees at Canada’s premiere beef processing facility in High River, Alberta. INITIAL ASSIGNMENT:
Beginning as a Trainee at Cargill Meat Solutions, the successful candidate will be exposed to all facets of the beef processing business through an in-depth general orientation of 6 - 12 months. This involves hands-on experience in all departments including: slaughter, fabrication, hide processing, rendering and the various support areas. Following this training, the individual will be assigned to a supervisory role within plant operations and progress from there.
