Vacancies: 50 positions

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: High River, Alberta

Experienced Required:  Minimum 6 months as a Butcher/Meat Cutter

Salary: $17.95 - $ 19.65 Hourly, for 40 hours per week. Bonus and other benefits as per collective agreement. Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:  Work under pressure, tight deadlines, fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, attention to details, physically demanding, handling heavy loads, hand-eye coordination.
 
Specific Skills:
Cut carcasses, sides and quarters.
Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat/remove bones from meat.

Essential Skills:
Communication, working with others, critical thinking, continuous learning.
Experience in meat cutting.
Knowledge in food safety.
Experience in production environment deboning beef carcasses.
