Job Description:
Canpro Global - is seeking sales & marketing professionals with strong telephone and administration skills.
In General - The Sales Representative will collect research information, conduct initial qualification, call into all sizes and types of Canadian businesses and corporations to set follow up appointments for the Regional Operations Manager.
Specifically - The Sales Representative will or must have;
• Work directly with the Regional Operations Manager to develop comprehensive lead generation strategies to ensure maximum revenue growth.
• Ensure that prospects have been properly qualified and that proper expectations have been communicated.
• The ability to generate leads through lists as provided for by Marketing including, but not limited to, direct mail, cold call from lead lists, regularly follow-up from existing customer database, and being able to extract lead lists independently (newspapers, literature, web sites) – be creative and brainstorm on how to generate leads.
• Ability to answer questions about Canpro Global, its divisions and the various service offerings.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape in Canada.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Canpro Global as a business, our history and philosophy, where we fit in the market and be able to effectively communicate this to prospects.
• Utilize internal CRM to manage activities and tasks and on-going prospect/client relationships.
• Answer questions regarding functionality/features of Canpro Global products and services.
• Effectively work inter-departmentally to obtain information on all aspects of the sales / service cycle.
• Represent Canpro Global with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
• Be a team player.
You will primarily be working with prospective clients in introducing Canpro Global and its divisions, identifying their basic needs, and setting meetings with our consultants and Regional Operations Manager.
An understanding of the security industry would be beneficial (but not required).
Hours of availability – This full time / part time position has the flexibility to fit many busy schedules. Initially we are offering 3 eight hour days per week, or 5 half days per week, or another mutually agreed schedule.
From time to time, further opportunities for additional hours are available, depending on projects.
