HR Services Researcher

Reporting directly to the HR Services Director of Operations, the Researcher will provide administration and research support services for HR Services Inc., a division of Canpro Global. This person will ensure that background research requirements are fulfilled, open new work and client files, outgoing correspondence for the department, including faxes, email, general mail. Provide excellent customer service.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.PRE-EMPLOYMENT SCREENING
PRE-EMPLOYMENT SCREENINGReceive the request from the client. Perform related enquiries and research. Report the results to the client within the deadlines. Type the report, invoice the client and maintain administrative file functions. Assist with the marketing of this department as required. Maintain good client relationships. Update client files/information as required. Make sure Clients files for HR Services Inc. are well organized.
Work in conjunction with HR Services Director of Operations to develop and operate EmployRite, the pre-employment screening on line software.
2.Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
